About Us
Meet the heart behind Happy Faces Daycare
My name is Angela Manning Glass, and I am the proud owner of Happy Faces Daycare. My husband and I work together as a dedicated team to provide a warm, nurturing, and family-centered childcare environment. Happy Faces Daycare has proudly served children and families in the Kansas City Kansas community since 2007. For 19 years, we have provided high-quality childcare in a safe, loving, and nurturing home environment.
I have a Master's Degree in Education, BA in Early Childhood Education and Career Diploma in Child Daycare Management. We are licensed to care for up to 12 children. We focus on each child's social, emotional, physical, and educational development helping prepare children for success in school and beyond.
At Happy Faces Daycare, children are encouraged to learn through play, exploration, creativity, and meaningful daily experiences. We believe every child deserves to feel safe, valued, loved, and excited about learning.
Changing the future one child at a time!
Our Educational Philosophy
We believe every child is unique and learns best through play, exploration, creativity, and meaningful experiences. Our daily activities encourage independence, confidence, problem-solving, positive behavior, and a lifelong love of learning.
Our Commitment to Families
We believe parents and childcare providers are partners in a child's development. We are committed to maintaining open communication, building trusting relationships, and creating a welcoming environment where families feel supported and children feel loved.
